“I empower clients by developing their ideal personal estate and business planning models that provide asset protection for them, their families, and their businesses.”
Vincent Liberti combines a down-to-earth manner with nearly thirty years of experience and over a decade of teaching estate planning to lawyers across the country to adroitly advise clients in acquiring, managing, and distributing their wealth in the most optimal and tax-proficient ways.

Vincent’s practice encompasses matters dealing with wealth acquisition, preservation, and transfer using Wills, Trusts, and other sophisticated estate planning techniques creatively drafted for his clients’ specific needs and objectives. The following are among the matters he is skilled in:

  • capital gains, gift, and estate tax analyses;
  • asset protection methods;
  • business formation and succession planning;
  • elder law matters;
  • Medicaid planning;
  • prenuptial agreements;
  • probate administration and fiduciary representation;
  • residential and commercial real estate transactions;
  • IRC Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges; and
  • trust analysis for legal matters.

His clients are individuals, couples, fiduciaries, lawyers, and family-owned businesses. He brings a breadth of experience to his clients given his involvement in real estate and mortgage brokerage prior to establishing a legal practice.

Vincent has been interviewed for television, radio, and print about same-sex marriage and estate planning issues, pet trusts, reverse mortgages, the elderly, and various other creative estate planning issues. He is author of “Preparing for Your Elder Years: Taking Charge of Estate Planning, Long-Term Care, Asset Protection, and Medicaid” and has published numerous articles regarding estate planning matters, with a particular focus on the Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts regions.

Vincent was previously an Adjunct Professor of Law for Western New England University School of Law’s postdoctoral Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree program in Estate Planning and Elder Law.
