Tara Morgan Penick was born and raised in Hinton Oklahoma where her great-grandfather settled her family after immigrating from Germany. Tara has come from a long line of hard-working entrepreneurs and salesmen that helped pave the way for her career today. She began working at age 12 for her mother’s business, picking up on her parents’ strong work ethic along the way.

After graduating from Hinton High School, Tara went on to attend college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she followed in her father’s footsteps in the Political Science department. Her love of reading and writing lead her obtain her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature with a minor in Political Science in 2017.
After getting engaged to the love of her life, Tara was accepted into the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2020. While in law school, Tara was the Secretary of the Constitutional Society.
Tara now resides in Yukon Oklahoma where she and her husband are raising their two children. Tara and her husband are active members in the First Baptist Church of El Reno. Tara greatly enjoys reading, writing, playing the piano, camping, staying active, and spending as much time as she can with her family and friends.
Tara’s experience as being the middle of four children has helped her grow into the fierce advocate that she is today for her clients. Nothing brings her more joy in her law practice than successfully completing the needs and desires of her clients. Her goal is to help her client’s leave a lasting legacy for their family through her practice in setting up Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probates.
