Due to his own personal experiences, Seth is particularly focused on helping individuals and families navigate issues regarding incapacity and disability and create plans to protect assets during life and securely transfer assets after death. After being a participant in his own wife’s uncertainty about her end-of-life decision making, the practice of Estate Planning and its associated issues has become Seth’s calling.

Seth Levy received his license to practice law in 1984 from West Virginia, in 1985 from New Jersey, and in 1989 from New York. He practiced law in the New York Metropolitan area over the next 14 years, consulting on matters concerning the environment, energy, and the public utility industry. Seth moved to Mount Pleasant for a career change in 1998. When his wife Heidi died from cancer in late 2015, he chose a new career path. Seth was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May of 2017.

As a single father, Seth devotes most of his energy outside the office to keeping up with his two children. With his other spare time, Seth likes to get out with friends for hiking and camping weekends. He also attends religious services, plays basketball, and is a member of the Exchange Club of Metropolitan Charleston, the Princeton Club of Charleston, and is a Board member with the Charleston County Parks Foundation.
