For the past thirteen years, Mr. Preovolos has also been mediating cases. He has developed an Alternative Dispute Resolution Department within his firm and has successfully resolved will and trust contests, marital dissolutions, and business litigation matters as an effective mediator and arbitrator. Recently, he has been serving as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego County Superior Court Divisions of the Probate, Small Claims, and Traffic Courts.

Mr. Preovolos earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school and following graduation, he interned at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office and received extensive litigation training.

Apart from his legal practice, Mr. Preovolos is an active member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association. He is also involved in various charitable organizations, including the Holiday Bowl Red Coats, the East County YMCA, the San Diego County Planned Giving Committee, and the San Diego City Employees’ Retirement System.
