Sam Houston is an attorney whose practice concentrates in the areas of taxation, business, and estate planning and administration, with an emphasis on tax controversy matters. Sam graduated from Florida State University’s College of Law with Honors and is finishing his Master of Laws in Taxation (Tax LLM) at the University of Florida part-time.

Sam’s practice includes assisting clients (for-profit and nonprofit) with the formation of their business plans/entities; reviewing contracts; navigating business transactions; defending clients throughout IRS income tax audits and IRS collection issues; assisting clients comply with or resolve outstanding offshore account and foreign asset reporting requirements (i.e. FBAR, FATCA, form 5471); and assisting businesses/individuals with risk mitigation, asset protection, and related administration/governance matters.
