During her career, Ms. Hendrix has drafted hundreds of QDROs for dozens of different retirement plans. She understands the important and sensitive nature of her work, as both parties are relying upon the retirement benefits at issue to sustain them in their retirement, and the retirement assets are typically the last to be divided in a divorce, meaning the parties’ emotions are often strained.
