Bob Parker has been practicing law in Howell, in the same office and at the same desk, for 49 years. He practices in the areas of Elder Law, Probate, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and is the only known attorney in this area knowledgeable of the unique area of Oil and Gas Law.

Bob is from a founding family and was born and raised in Howell. He is a graduate of Howell High School and obtained his law degree from Oklahoma City University. He has served on the City of Howell Planning Commission, City Council, and is a former Mayor. He answers his client’s questions directly and honestly and the locals continue to seek his wise counsel. Bob always makes himself available to his clients, in person and by telephone, and he prides himself on the wise and good counsel he provides to his clients. He was the Public Administrator by appointment of the Attorney General for 43 years to handle the probate estate matters throughout the State of Michigan and is the former Bankruptcy Trustee of Mid-Michigan.
