Robert Herking is a former felony prosecutor and police officer.  After graduating magna cum laude from law school, Mr. Herking handled felony cases in Clermont County, Ohio, where he gained valuable trial experience handling cases of significant importance to the community and the individual victims.  His years spent as a police officer and felony prosecutor have taught Mr. Herking that people are often wrongfully accused, overcharged, or have had their rights trampled by investigators.  Mr. Herking can provide you with the quality, professional representation that you need to obtain justice in your case.  

Mr. Herking also has extensive experience as an auditor for several large public corporations, including Macy’s, where he conducted audits in such industries as retail, mutual fund broker/dealers, non-profit and government entities.  This experience has taught him how to examine financial statements and related ledgers, and has formed numerous business entities.  With his legal and financial experience, he is able to review a company’s entire operation and make recommendations for value-added improvements and cost savings.
