Richard E. Richard received a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston University’s School of Management.

Richard is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
