Randall C. Probasco was born and raised in Idaho and attended Boise State University, where in 1993, he received his BA. After graduation, Randall gained over 5 years of management experience. Randall later attended the University of Idaho, where in December 2001 he received his Juris Doctorate. He started practicing law in Idaho and Washington after being admitted to both the Idaho and Washington State Bar Associations in 2000. Randall began his legal career at a Boise law firm primarily focused on civil litigation, where he became an associate member in 2004. He practiced law in Boise for seven years before relocating to Coeur d’Alene. During his time in Boise, he gained a wide range of experience in civil litigation, working on cases involving a diverse array of legal issues including insurance defense, personal injury, secured transactions, corporate collection, lien foreclosures and real property disputes focusing on restrictive covenants and representation of corporate clients in litigation. While in Boise, Randall also presented oral argument before the Supreme Court of Idaho and was instrumental in the preparation of appellate briefs and arguments submitted to the Court. He also co-authored an article for a national business magazine highlighting Idaho mechanic’s lien law. In 2003, Randall felt honored to be invited to become an associate member of the Boise Chapter of the American Inns of Court and continued to be a member until 2005.

In 2007, Randall was invited to join Brown, Justh, & Romero PLLC and relocated from Boise to Coeur d’Alene. While bringing a range of civil litigation experience and the ability to evaluate and manage all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through completion; Randall continues a general law practice that includes representing clients in civil matters before both the magistrate and district courts, and providing legal counsel relating to:
