Additionally, his knowledge of financing, taxes, titles, and surveys coupled with his proven negotiation skills advantage his clients in every aspect of any real estate transaction. Some of his notable transactions have included a $24 million re-development of agricultural land and a $15 million real estate transaction tied to Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
