Attorney Nicholas J. McIntyre graduated from Delaware Valley High School in 2013.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ursinus College in 2017, and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Akron School of Law in 2019.

While at The University of Akron, Nick worked in the legal clinic where he assisted Summit County inmates with legal research in civil rights matters.  He worked as a law clerk to Attorney Stephen Griffin in Canton, Ohio, where he developed his interest in serving the seriously injured.

Nick first joined our Firm as a law clerk in 2018, assisting in injury cases, and continued in his position through 2019 while he studied for the bar examinations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Upon passing the bar and becoming licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Nick joined our Firm as an Associate attorney.

Nick is currently licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  In July of 2020, Nick began also serving as a part-time Pike County public defender.  His practice is currently focused on personal injury, criminal defense, general litigation, and estate planning.
