ABOUT
I am an independent solo practitioner in Eagle, Idaho, providing legal services and counsel to individuals, families, and local businesses in my community. My primary practice areas are estate planning (wills, trusts, etc.), business matters (contracts, transactions, etc.), and intellectual property & technology matters.

Before choosing to become a “small town lawyer”, I spent 30 years as a “big city lawyer” doing corporate, technology, and intellectual property work for “Fortune 100” companies and start-up companies in places like Silicon Valley, Seattle, New York, and Hong Kong, to name just a few. But now I want to work with people, not corporations, in my community here in Idaho.

I build relationships with my clients and serve them personally. When I am your attorney you get my personal attention. I do not delegate work to junior lawyers, paralegals, or support staff. My practice is not a high-volume business. My rates are reasonable and competitive, but if you are looking for the least expensive option, I may not be it.

Outside of my law practice, I am a devoted dog daddy, CrossFit coach (CF-L2) and athlete, and certified instructor for both firearms and unarmed self defense. I am also a manual laborer (for my wife) on our mini-farm in Eagle.
