Molly began working for Deckert Law, P.A. in 2009 as a law clerk and then joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2010 after her graduation from the University of Minnesota Law School. She is a 2007 honors graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, where she double-majored in history and religious studies. While at the University of Minnesota Law School, Molly was a managing editor of the University of Minnesota Law Review and a student director for the Child Advocacy Clinic.
