Firm Summary

Ms. Bond is currently a senior partner of Bond & McCullough. She has practiced law in Doylestown, Pennsylvania for more than 35 years representing clients in conference and boardrooms, as well as Courtrooms in Pennsylvania. She has served as Chairperson of the Bucks County Bar Association Orphans’ Court Section for two terms and has been appointed by Judges of Bucks County as Guardian of many elderly persons. This gives Ms. Bond a unique perspective and insight into their needs. When Ms. Bond represents you in probating a Will, administering an Estate, or filing a Petition for Guardianship, you can be assured that your loved ones will be treated with the utmost care, compassion and competency. Your estate documents, such as wills, trusts, living wills, powers or attorney will be prepared with clear, concise and effective language to avoid conflicts and confusion in the future. Although, Ms. Bond has tremendous successes in Orphans’ Court matters, such as wills contests, and estates’ disputes, she strongly believes that your estate documents should be drafted with such precision that Court appearances will not be necessary. Your family’s confidential and delicate situations will be handled with discretion and sensitivity.

Additionally, she has served as Law Clerk for the President Judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, taught a course at Bucks County Community College on Wills and Estates, and served on the Editorial Board of the local newspaper, The Intelligencer. Ms. Bond was elected to and served a four-year term as a Doylestown Borough Councilwoman, and had the honor of being appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania as Chairperson of Bucks County Court Judges Nominating Committee.

Community service is an essential part of Ms. Bond’s life. She has served on the Boards of Central Bucks YMCA, Bucks County NAACP, Bucks County Legal Aid Society, and Bucks County Peace Center.
