Liam Kearns established Kearns & Company in 2001 and as our founding lawyer practices primarily in the areas of Residential Real Estate Law, Wills, Estates and Probates. He graduated with honours from McGill University with a degree in political science and economics followed by his law degree at Osgoode Hall in Toronto.

After working as a corporate/commercial solicitor in downtown Vancouver, Liam initially chose to specialize in the area of real estate and mortgage law, and later in the areas of Will Preparation and Estate Planning. His firm today has over 12 employees and two permanent locations. Through consistent hard work and professional, accurate service at competitive fees, Kearns & Company has earned the reputation of being the “go to” firm for real estate law and has over 30,000 satisfied clients.

Liam has managed to successfully build his firm with the core values of professionalism, fairness and value for both his clients and his staff. Liam is an avid music lover and sings with Chor Lione throughout the year. He is a fan of Musical Theatre and supports many local Musical Theatre Companies.
