Since 1973 to the present, he has practiced law in Oklahoma City in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, divorce, real estate, business purchases, sales and formations, personal injury, tax, and Oklahoma Funeral Board representation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Finance.

He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western District of Oklahoma and for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States Tax Court, and all Oklahoma state courts.

He has been married to his wife, Christine, since 1974 and has three adult children. He practiced law with his father, Russell L. Morgan, for 30 years until his father’s death in 2003.
