Justin graduated from Huntington North High School with the Indiana Academic Honors Diploma. After high school, he attended Purdue University at Fort Wayne and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing his engineering degree, Justin attended Indiana University at Fort Wayne and completed graduate business school and received his M.B.A. Justin moved away from Huntington to attend law school and graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law with his Juris Doctorate.

Justin practices in a wide range of areas including civil and criminal appeals, adult and juvenile criminal defense, expungements and sentence modifications, business and civil litigation, real estate, landlord-tenant matters, deed and land contract preparation, guardianships, adoptions, probate and estate planning and DCS cases.  Justin is also a registered Domestic Relations and Civil Mediator and provides mediation services in both of these areas.

Besides practicing in these practice areas, Justin is also a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has assisted clients with preparation of utility and design patent applications and trademarks.

Justin is a graduate of the Troyer School of Real Estate and the Reppert Auction School.  Justin is licensed as a Managing Broker and Auctioneer in Indiana and Alabama and owns Cornerstone Real Estate and Auction Company, LLC that is licensed in both Indiana and Alabama.  As an auctioneer, Justin has graduated from the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute and holds the designations of Accredited Auctioneer of Real estate, Auction Marketing Management and Benefit Auction Specialist.  Justin is a presenter on the topics of Contract Law for Auctioneers and Top Legal Tips for Auctioneers.
