After graduating from John Carroll University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, cum laude, Mr. Triscaro passed both the Ohio and Florida bar exams, and was admitted to practice law in both states the same year. While attending law school Mr. Triscaro earned the Spangenberg Trial Practice Award, and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in trial advocacy.
Joseph J. Triscaro has a general legal practice background with particular emphasis in matters involving complex litigation, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and probate disputes.
During his legal career he also has experience in representing real estate developers in big box real estate transactions, has worked in a county prosecutor’s office, and has worked in the investment field.
Mr. Triscaro is an experienced trial lawyer, and primarily handles complex litigation. He has brought to trial personal injury cases, medical malpractice matters, criminal cases, probate matters, intellectual property disputes, divorce and custody actions. Mr. Triscaro has also successfully appealed cases to the 7th, 8th and 11th district courts in the State of Ohio. He has also prevailed on appeal in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals (federal court with appellate jurisdiction over the district courts in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan and Tennessee). Moreover, he has engaged in numerous filings and has argued multiple cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Mr. Triscaro resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and is married with two sons and step-daughter. He has previously held football and wrestling coaching positions for local middle and high schools.
