Joe graduated from Saint Michael’s college in 2014 with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. He was a ski instructor in Utah for two years before graduating from University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2019, where he received two academic scholarships, including the Commonwealth Fellow Scholarship and an Academic Merit Scholarship. Prior to his admission to the Bar, Joe worked as a student practitioner under South Coastal Counties Legal Services, Inc., providing civil counsel for members of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe in Mashpee, MA. After receiving his license, he joined Martin & Oliveira, LLP, which has since been dissolved. Joseph is now thrilled to be practicing under Martin Law Offices, PC with his father, Attorney William Martin.

Joe is happy to be back living in the Berkshires, and is looking forward to helping the community where he was raised. When not in the office, Joe can be found hiking, kayaking, or skiing, so look for him outdoors with his two dogs, a pair of huskies named Zeus and Lazarus.
