Attorney Jen Clouse assists clients with tax and estate planning. Jen’s experience in drafting estate plans includes utilizing wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts. She also assists clients by discussing and drafting other important estate planning related documents, such as powers of attorney, guardianship appointments, marital agreements, and living wills. Jen enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of thoughtful estate planning and providing them with a peace of mind. She also has experience as a debtor’s bankruptcy attorney for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. Jen is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming.

Jen enjoys being involved and volunteering her time in the local legal community. She is a member of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law Alumni Council, where she works with fellow alumni in efforts to improve the law school experience for students, provide opportunities for alumni and law students to connect, and find ways to contribute to the advancement of the Colorado legal community. Jen is also a mentor in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law’s Professional Mentoring Program, where she volunteers her time to help law students navigate law school and enter the legal profession.

Jen is originally from New Jersey and is an enthusiastic Philadelphia Eagles fan. She enjoys visiting National Parks and spending time in the mountains with her husband, Nathan, and their dog, Tallie.
