Mr. Weiser is born and raised in New Orleans and graduated from Loyola University College of Law in 2009 earning a degrees in Civil and International Law . It was his dream to build a practice that provides affordable legal services for all. Mr. Weiser graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School. Mr. Weiser attended Loyola University of New Orleans and earning a Bachelors of Arts Degree with Honors. In 2009 Mr. Weiser opened the Weiser Law Firm initially as a general practice law firm. Mr. Weiser has successfully represented clients in most courts in Southeast Louisiana, Baton Rouge Area and Federal Court in Houston, Texas. He has a large amount of civil and criminal jury trial experience and prides himself as a true “Trial Attorney”. Mr. Weiser’s passions are travel, sports, and learning about various cultures.
We practice on a daily bases in Orleans Civil District Court, Federal Court, Jefferson Parish 24th District District, St. Bernard Court, St. Tammany Court, and other courts throughout the state.
