  • Counsel on property acquisition, land use approval process and financing for commercial developments in the greater Richmond metropolitan area.
  • Advise clients with respect to alternatives for minimization of transfer taxes. In addition to preparation of credit shelter documents, assist and advise clients in the preparation of irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as the shifting of asset ownership.
  • Work with real estate owners and investors in shifting ownership interests in a transfer, incorporating tax efficiencies to minimize potential estate tax liability.
