I also counsel clients on residential and commercial purchases and sales, including title work. This is often done in conjunction with estate planning and administration, which frequently involves creation and sale of business entities and distribution of assets. My clients are entrepreneurs, ranchers, farmers, executives, retirees and families. My approach to planning is to emphasize listening and thoroughly understanding your needs and objectives, and providing information and strategies to reach your goals.

After 20 years in a top rated law firm in Oregon, I moved to Wyoming in 2008 and have practiced law in the Cheyenne area ever since. I grew up in Wyoming and graduated from Platte Valley High School in Saratoga, Wyoming. I have also worked as a corporate trustee for a mid-sized bank in Wyoming.

I understand the desire of my clients to be better informed on estate planning, real property and business matters.
