During his legal education at Pennsylvania State Dickinson Law, he interned for the Pennsylvania State Senate and the Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association. He currently resides in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Fred is an Eagle Scout and has always enjoyed outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and fishing. Some of his other favorite hobbies include football, baseball, and historical reading.
