- Represented institutional lenders in lending and financing activities
- Institutional representation regarding sale and defeasance of single tenant distribution facility in Massachusetts
- Acquisition of numerous office buildings and retail centers in California, Texas, Kansas, Tennessee, Nevada and Minnesota
- Counseled public REIT in its role as bridge financier
- Represented physician group in its acquisition, development and financing of medical office building
- Represented sponsors in acquisition of replacement properties in 1031 exchanges
- Represented promoters and investors in acquisition of retail centers in California and Nevada
- Represented clients using Delaware statutory trusts in multiple acquisitions of medical office buildings, retail centers, warehouses and industrial centers in Utah, Colorado, Texas and Arizona
- Represented developers in land acquisitions, financings and development townhome projects in California
- Represented corporate client in acquisition of manufacturing facility followed by subsequent sale/leaseback of same facility in California
