Mr. Johnston is experienced in a broad range of practice areas. Mr. Johnston regularly advises corporate and business clients in matters concerning corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and similar business transactions. Mr. Johnston also assists individuals in estate planning matters, including drafting of wills and trusts, probating wills, administering decedents’ estates and asset management and preservation.

Mr. Johnston has experience in securities law and has represented commercial banks in the sale of stock, in reorganization and in other types of securities transactions.
