David E. Castro is our founding partner and litigator, taking the lead on all of our cases. David is well-known name in the local California legal industry, having secured results in several multi-million dollar cases throughout his career before starting his own practice.

David was also selected as Super Lawyer, Rising Star in both 2019 and 2020 – only 2% of practicing attorneys are ever awarded this particular accolade – as well as being recognized by Lawyers of Distinction. In 2020, the San Francisco Magazine recognized Mr. Castro as one of the Top Lawyer. Additionally, most recently in 2021, David was recognized for excellence in Civil Litigation by Lawyers of Distinction.

David is admitted and has extensive litigation experience in all federal district courts in California, where he has won multiple cases at trial and via summary judgment.

When he finds some spare time, David is involved with activities that benefit children, including coaching youth sports. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and wine tasting.
