Mr. Beck graduated from Capital University Law School in 1997 and has been practicing law in Portsmouth for 20 years. He is licensed to practice in Ohio (all state courts), the Southern District of Ohio (federal court), and the United States Supreme Court.
Beck began his legal career with the law firm of Kimble and Clark from 1997-2002. He joined the firm of Harcha & Book in 2002. He is now the sole owner of the business after Howard Harcha, II retired in 2005 and Thomas T. Book relocated to Columbus, Ohio, in 2013.
Throughout his 20 years of practice, Beck has passionately represented victims in the courtroom, taking dozens of personal injury and medical malpractice cases to trial. He understands insurance companies and is a skilled negotiator. Beck is also well versed in domestic, probate, and real estate issues.
Beck is married to his wife, Dana, and they reside, with their family, in Minford, Ohio. He is dedicated to the community by serving on the board of Goodwill and the Domestic Violence Shelter. He also coached youth soccer for many years.
