Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Alan L. Frank Law Associates in July of 2019, Daniel A. Ross assisted clients throughout the State of New Jersey in various aspects of legal representation, including real estate transactions, civil litigation and personal injury, and criminal defense work.

While maintaining his own practice, Daniel served as of-counsel to a number of firms, assisting in representing clients in personal injury, family law, real estate, and other civil matters.

In law school, Daniel provided over 200 hours of pro bono services for veterans while completing Widener University’s School of Law Veterans Law clinical. Daniel represented veterans in securing meritorious VA claims that had been previously denied by the VA and Board of Veterans’ Appeals.

Areas of Practice
Daniel A. Ross is part of the firm’s commercial litigation and FINRA practice, handling a broad range of matters which include securities and banking arbitration, shareholder oppression claims, administrative appeals, contract disputes, and general litigation. Daniel’s practice includes representative matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts, as well as assisting in Federal Court matters throughout the country.

Daniel is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. Daniel has received certifications for DWI law and his clinical work in Veteran’s Affairs.
