Daniel Endrizal | Daniel J. Endrizal III, PA
Dan Endrizal, after completing his degree in Business Administration, was awarded a Regular Army Commission in the U. S. Army. He was stationed in Central and South America, where he acted as an Intelligence Officer.
During that time, he attended the Defense Language Institute where he graduated Magna cum Laude. His language skills have been an effective tool in his law practice.
While he lived in Central America, the devastating poverty he saw was a life-changing experience for him. It led to his earning the pro bono award from the Florida Bar Association in 2012.
He left the Army as a Major. He then earned a Juris Doctorate degree in law at St Thomas University. Dan went on to receive his Masters in Taxation Law at the University of Miami.
Focusing on probate, estate planning and trust administration, Endrizal finds himself working to protect vulnerable people. He often advocated for special needs children who are out of the social services they were previously eligible to receive. Their families don’t have money for an attorney and the procedural roadblocks are exceedingly difficult to navigate without one.
Daniel J. Endrizal is a pro bono awards winner with the Florida rural legal services and the Lee County Bar Association. He is also a winner of The Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award for the twentieth circuit for his outstanding pro bono services.
He is an attorney who makes house calls.
Dan is the Lee County Bar Association President.
He also participates in the Rotary Club,
likes to fish and enjoy a fine cigar.
