Cynthia Julin was raised on a farm in Hegne Township and graduated from Ada High School. She received her education from Moorhead State University, University of Mary, and Hamline University School of Law.
Cynthia is currently the attorney for the cities of Borup, Gary, Halstad, Hendrum, Perley, and Twin Valley. She is also the Examiner of Titles for Norman County. Additionally, Cynthia is a mediator with advanced training in civil and family mediation. Cynthia has two children, Annie Langseth and Ben Baker. Annie farms in rural Barney, ND and is the owner/operator of Blonde@Heart in West Fargo. Ben farms near Ada and is an active member of Ada Future Leaders.
Cynthia lives in Ada and is a lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church where she serves on the Evangelism Board. She also serves on the Board of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce.
