Christopher Finley concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, corporate litigation, and estate planning. Prior to forming his own law office in 2012, Chris was associated with three of the top law firms in the country, Holland & Knight, Greenberg Traurig, and Gunster Yoakley.  Chris received his LLM in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. 

Chris represents REITs, developers, lenders, borrowers, and investors in all phases of the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of real property. He also represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of residential, commercial, industrial, and office leases. 

Chris assists corporate clients in the negotiation and drafting of asset purchase agreements, debt and equity financing, and the selection and formation of corporate entities. 

Chris is also a licensed Title Agent with Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund. 

When he’s not managing his law practice, Chris is watching the antics of his three kids, putting up his wife’s voluminous display of holiday decorations and running ultra-marathons to get away from it all.
