Following Bryan FitzGerald’s graduation from the University of Houston Law Center he has practiced law across the country. Bryan has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases, ranging from family law matters to large scale complex commercial litigation. In addition to his corporate and private legal practice Bryan has had the honor of serving as an Assistant Attorney General in both Texas and Hawaii. He enjoys working with technology businesses, as well as real estate and health professionals, especially when helping to form new corporations, LLC’s or partnerships. This experience has been important in negotiating many unpleasant family disputes, and has proven even more valuable in identifying and aggressively litigating those situations where an agreement is simply impossible.

In addition to Bryan’s legal skills he worked his way through school as a carpenter and a cook, two skills he keeps keen fixing up his home with his family.
