I am proficient in many aspects of Estate Planning, Trusts and Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning, Guardianship and planning for disabled and special needs clients. I am experienced in preparing a variety of Estate Planning documents, including Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, and Supplemental Needs Trusts. I represent clients with complex estate litigation cases involving will contests, trust administration and accounting proceedings.

I have been included on the prestigious Super Lawyers “Rising Star” list by Thomson Reuters in the area of Estate Planning & Probate for four consecutive years in a row (2017-2021).

Prior to starting my own practice, I was a member of the Law Offices of Kevin H. Cohen, P.C., where I concentrated my practice in trusts and estates law.

Having been born in Mostar, Bosnia, and having resided in Germany for four years during my childhood, I am fluent in Bosnian, Serbo-Croatian and German.
