Allison’s primary practice areas are estate planning, agriculture, business formation, real estate, probate, and water and natural resources law. Growing up on a farm outside of Henderson, Nebraska, Allison developed a love of agriculture, which sparked her passion for farm and ranch succession planning.
Allison thoroughly studies current estate and succession planning issues that affect producers in order to provide clients with peace of mind during times of transition. She recognizes that farming and ranching presents unique estate and succession planning challenges because they are not just a business – they are lifestyles.
