Alex Buscher founded Buscher Law LLC in 2018 to provide legal advice to hemp companies in Colorado and quickly realized most lawyers, bankers, and insurance companies were still not willing to take a risk on the legalized industry. This led to an expansion of practice areas in-house and an in-depth understanding of a wide array of separate yet interconnected areas of the law. Buscher now provides these services to individuals, families, and companies in Colorado and Tennessee.

Prior to completing law school at the University of Denver, Buscher attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and worked in the music business for companies including Universal Music Group and William Morris Endeavor where he found his passion for the law.

Born in Colorado, Alex has always enjoyed the mountains and outdoor activities that make the state so incredible. On the weekends you can generally find him hiking, climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, off-roading, kayaking, or fishing.
