Attorney Courtney Spencer has been practicing law for over twenty years and has spent her career tirelessly advocating for her clients. As a notable legal resource in her field, she is a James W. Courtney helps families and individuals plan for the future by making sure their assets are protected, their children’s future is secure, and their healthcare needs are organized and necessary legal documents are executed. Additionally, she works with families to create special needs trusts to protect the financial future of children and adults with disabilities.
Courtney represents children with a wide array of disabilities in the area of special education law and has worked diligently to get her clients the services they are entitled to by law. She has successfully tried due process cases and handled federal appeals, working with families from towns throughout Connecticut.
Courtney is a lifelong resident of Connecticut and, in addition to her work as an attorney, she is a wife and proud mother of one beautiful daughter.
