Attorney Gardner has previous experience working as counsel for Fidelity Investments and the Internal Revenue Service, Estate and Gift tax division.  At that time, he also held various Security Licenses ( 7, 63, & 24).  He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Florida and specializes in individuals and businesses that have property and interests in both States. In the Past, Attorney Gardner wrote for the local paper and taught Real Estate related law classes at Salem State.

Education

Stuart graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and received his law degree in San Diego California, at California Western School of Law.  He is a member of the Florida and Massachusetts Bars.
