Mark J. Wiley is a native of Huntington, Indiana. He attended Huntington University and graduated magna cum laude in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics and Finance. He then attended Indiana University-Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and graduated cum laude in 2014. While in law school, he worked with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Assistant Chief Counsel for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the NCAA Enforcement Division, and the IUPUI Athletic Department Compliance Office. Mr. Wiley is a graduate of the Huntington Leadership Academy.

Mr. Wiley currently serves as a volunteer judge for the Huntington County Teen Court and also serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Huntington County and Camp Cotubic-Youth Camp and Retreat Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Mr. Wiley joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2019. He is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and Huntington County Bar Association.
