Our law firm has proudly served the residents of Haverhill for more than 80 years in some form. The first generation of the firm was established by 21-year old Moses Shyavitz in 1933.

Moses specialized in personal injury suits and built a large practice for the time, helping out people who had been wronged. After his death in 1973, Gerald (Gerry) L. Shyavitz took over the firm and guided it to even greater heights by branching out to estate planning, wills, revocable trusts, and the general practice of law.

A lawyer since 1967, Gerry is still fighting the good fight for his clients.

The Law Office of Gerald L. Shyavitz is licensed, insured, and bonded. Gerry will always return calls and emails very quickly, and he’s always bettering himself and his craft through continuing education.
