About our founder:
Jim graduated with a law degree from the University of New Mexico Law School, and has been practicing law for over 20 years. He also graduated with a Masters in Tax Law from Denver University in 2003, and is a member of the Trust and Estate Section and Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.

In addition, Jim is a Certified Financial Planner® (http://www.cfp.net), which very valuable considering that so much planning of elder law, Medicaid, and estate law, directly affects financial assets and resources.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys fly-fishing, exercise and skiing in the beautiful Colorado Rockies.
