Attorney Gould is also a member of the Hartford County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves as a neutral arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the American Dispute Resolution Center, which gives him a wide reaching perspective in representing clients in the arbitration process.

While at Boston University, Attorney Gould was an Editor of the Boston University Law Review; and is the author of “Termination of Trusts,” Boston University Law Review, Vol. XLIII, page 562 and “The Rejection and Funding of Teacher Contracts in Connecticut,” Connecticut Law Review, Vol. 9, page 608.
