Graduating at the top of her law school class, Amy specialized in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law, earning CALI and Witkin Awards in various areas such as Appellate Advocacy, Business Associations, and Constitutional Law. She also led her team to victory in the International Trademark Association’s Saul Lefkowitz Competition and served as Co-Chair for the Moot Court Board.

Before pursuing law, Amy received a Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in Business Management from Atlanta, GA. She also obtained an LLM in Entertainment & Media Law from Chapman University and has worked for firms in Los Angeles, focusing on civil litigation, IP, and business transactions.

Amy established Next Level Legal to provide affordable legal counsel to business owners and creatives. She is a member of various associations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s President’s Advisory Committee on Women in the Legal Profession, the Business Law, Cannabis Law, and Entertainment Law & Intellectual Property Law sections, and the California Lawyers Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the CalAsian Chamber of Commerce. Amy currently sits on The Polymath Company’s Advisory Board, which manages brands in the media, entertainment, retail, and consumer services industries.
