David’s Experience
David has litigated construction flaws in Hertz buildings and defective engines in Johnson System heating units. He has also dealt with boundary disputes, trespass adverse possession and riparian rights. He has resolved oil and gas industry disputes involving surface damages, down hole equipment design and failure, and leasehold disputes. David’s experience in litigation and complex commercial contracts is extensive. His experience includes will and estate disputes, undue influence and economic duress and elder abuse. David represents several banks and handles foreclosure and tort or breach of contract defense. David owns and understands real property issues, both personally and professionally. David’s extensive trial experience gives him the ability to negotiate from a position of strength and experience not available to many attorneys.
