Hope S. Bosniak was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1982. Mrs. Bosniak was a Dean’s List graduate from the Temple University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Communications, and Rhetoric from Temple University.

After starting her career working as an attorney at International Mail Marketing, Hope became the financial manager of medical practice. Utilizing her background in the medical field, she later practiced medical malpractice defense and assisted in the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. At the same time, she also practiced casualty defense. A highlight of her career was her assistance in a successful trial and defense of a high-exposure defamation case in which the plaintiff’s demand was $83 million.

Prior to her employment at DM&R, she was a general practitioner, concentrating on the estate, family law, and personal injury matters. While she still maintains a general practice, her work has a strong emphasis on probate, domestic litigation, and personal injury at the firm’s Willow Grove, Pennsylvania office.
