Carolie is from Socorro, New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment, big explosions, and green chili. She moved to Oklahoma in 1997 to attend the University of Oklahoma, pursuing a Bachelors degree in finance, and training with National Reining Horse Association Hall Of Fame member Doug Millholland, located outside of Purcell. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, Carolie obtained her law degree from Oklahoma City University’s School of Law in 2002. She worked for a commercial litigation firm, as well as for a family and criminal law firm, before finding her place with Fulkerson & Fulkerson in 2004 and then beginning her own practice in 2018. Although her practice as an attorney encompasses a variety of professional areas, Carolie truly enjoys the practice areas of estate planning, probate, business, contractual, and transactional law. Outside of work, Carolie enjoys a variety of activities with her husband and their animals.

Carolie finds the process of assisting people in need of legal counsel profoundly rewarding, and she is grateful for the opportunity to help a diverse group of clients reach their goals; creating change in people’s lives while establishing a secure future for their legacy. She works with a diverse group of clients from those wishing to establish the simplest of estate plans to negotiating contracts for companies worth hundreds of millions.
