Olivia has provided hundreds and hundreds of lectures in 50 states on the topics of OSHA, Infection Control, HIPAA, Chemical Dependency, Recordkeeping, and HR Management. Her latest course on estate planning and elder law considerations has also been well received. She has authored several compliance manuals and has had numerous articles published in industry journals. She was one of the contributing authors for the ADA’s publication Managing the Regulatory Environment: Best Practices.
