Stephanie J. Luetkehans is a civil litigation attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of family law matters including civil representation in state court on behalf of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Prior to joining Weiss Ortiz, P.C., Ms. Luetkehans counseled numerous units of government including counties, townships, fire protection districts and an airport authority on a spectrum of matters such as tort and civil rights complaints, labor and employment, contract issues, Freedom of Information Act issues, governance and compliance. Additionally, Ms. Luetkehans has advised businesses in entity formation and ongoing concerns such as contract and shareholder issues.

While attending law school Ms. Luetkehans served as judicial extern to Illinois Supreme Court Justice Anne M. Burke. Ms. Luetkehans is a graduate of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, J.D. 2008. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in microbiology. Prior to becoming an attorney Ms. Luetkehans worked as a commodities market analyst and grain trader.
