Rebecca concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and adoption. She received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education from the University of Virginia, where she was active in the Young Women Leaders Program and Jefferson Public Citizens Program. Rebecca received a Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University School of Law. During law school, Rebecca volunteered with the Innocence Project and the Family Court Self-Help Center of the D.C. Superior Court. Rebecca is a probationary member of the Central Virginia Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the Trust & Estate Section of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association.

Prior to founding Virginia Estate Plans PLLC, Rebecca worked for the Center of Human Rights and Constitutional Law in Los Angeles, California before returning to her hometown of Charlottesville to work at Virginia Wills, Trusts & Estates PLC where she concentrated her practice in estate planning and estate and trust administration.
